CareLoop Provider® allows you to securely communicate directly with your patients using the CareLoop® App. Our platform is fully secure and HIPAA compliant, ensuring that medical data is safe.

The CareLoop® App is a great way to optimize your in EHR platform experience or patient portal but it is a standalone product that also works great on its own. Easily share live updates with your patients and care team including lab results, images, care plan updates, labs, medication information, discharge/follow-up planning and more. You can also attach photos, videos and advance directives if available.

Subscriptions cost $29.99 per month and will allow you to start using all features in the app today.

• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of renewal is stated above for each available product.

• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
